2.3.1 Some core functions of VSK can only be normally implemented relying on specific personal information. If you do not provide the relevant information, you will not be able to normally enjoy our products and services. The specific functions include the following:

2.3.1.1 Account Registration, Login, and Verification

When you register a VSK account, you need to provide us with at least the account name you intend to use, password, your own mobile phone number, and email address. We will verify the validity of your identity information by sending a SMS verification code or email verification code to ensure account security.

2.3.1.2 Commodity Purchase and Payment Functions

To ensure the smooth delivery of commodities or services, you need to provide the consignee's relevant identity information (including name, delivery address, postal code, and contact phone number) and payment status information in accordance with the system prompts. If you refuse to provide such necessary information, we will not be able to complete the corresponding delivery service.

If you have payment and settlement needs when using VSK's services, you can choose the payment services provided by our affiliated parties or cooperating third-party payment institutions (including payment channels such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay, hereinafter referred to as "payment institutions"). The payment function itself does not directly collect your personal information, but to ensure the confirmation of payment instructions and the completion of the payment process, we need to share your order number, transaction amount, and other necessary information with the relevant payment institutions.

2.3.1.3 Customer Service Consultation and Service Functions

When you contact our customer service team for assistance, to verify your identity and ensure account security, we may need you to provide necessary personal information for identity verification. To accurately respond to your requests and provide effective services, after obtaining your authorization, the artificial customer service will inquire or verify your relevant information within the authorized scope. We will ensure the security of your information through dual technical and management measures and only use it within the necessary scope. At the same time, we may store your contact information (including the mobile phone number, WeChat ID, QQ number, etc. you use or proactively provide), the communication records and content with you, and other necessary information to facilitate follow-up services and record service situations.

2.3.1.4 Security Assurance Functions

To enhance the security of your use of VSK's products and services, protect the personal and property safety of you and other users from infringement, effectively prevent security risks such as phishing websites, online fraud, network vulnerabilities, and computer viruses, and accurately identify behaviors that violate laws, regulations, and platform rules, we may collect, use, or integrate your account information, transaction records, device information, and other data to comprehensively judge account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

2.4 Scenarios where you can independently choose whether to provide personal information

2.4.1 To make your use of VSK's services more convenient and to improve your experience, some of our extended functions may collect and use relevant personal information. Even if you do not provide this information, you can still normally use the core functions of VSK, but you may not be able to enjoy the corresponding extended services or need to repeatedly fill in some information. The specific functions include the following:

2.4.1.1 Personalized Recommendation and Push Function

To present and recommend information and services that are more in line with your needs to you, we will collect and use your relevant personal information, analyze and predict your preferences through computer algorithm models, and match the products or services you may be interested in. It should be noted that the personalized recommendation algorithm only performs relevance matching based on your usage behaviors and characteristics, and will not identify the real identity of a specific natural person.

You can view products and services with non-personalized recommendations through relevant settings, and you can also independently turn off the personalized content push function. After turning it off, we will no longer process your personal information for the purpose of personalized recommendations.

2.4.1.2 Extended Functions Based on Geographic Location

If you need to use functions or services based on geographic location, you need to authorize us to access your device's location permission, and we will legally collect your location information. Location information belongs to sensitive personal information, so please authorize carefully; you can also turn off this permission at any time through device settings to terminate the use of relevant functions and services.

2.4.1.3 Extended Functions Based on Address Book Information

If you agree to enable the device's address book permission, we will collect your address book information to facilitate your use of VSK's services without manually entering the relevant information of contacts in your address book, thereby improving operational convenience.

2.4.1.4 Extended Functions Based on Camera

You can use this extended function to complete operations such as video recording, photo taking, code scanning, and face recognition login. When you choose face recognition login, we will collect your facial information and restrict its use strictly within the scope of your authorization. In the future, if we plan to apply face recognition technology to more scenarios, we will confirm with you again whether you agree to use your facial information to implement the relevant extended functions.

2.4.1.5 Extended Functions Based on Image or Video Upload

You can upload photos or videos on the VSK platform to enjoy the corresponding file services, and we will only use them for the purposes related to the photos or videos you specify and will not use them in other scenarios without permission.

2.4.1.6 Third-Party Account Login Function

When you choose to log in to VSK's services through a third-party account (such as WeChat, QQ, Weibo, Apple ID), you need to authorize us to read and share the public information you have published and recorded on the third-party platform (which may include one or more of nickname, avatar, region, gender, and contact email) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. This action is only to realize the binding of the third-party account with the VSK account, facilitate remembering your login identity, and ensure login convenience.

2.4.1.7 Account Supplementary Information Improvement Function

After completing the account registration, you can independently supplement your personal information in the "Basic Information" section, including date of birth, gender, company name, etc. Whether you provide such information or not will not affect your normal use of VSK's core technical services.

2.4.1.8 Account Security Setting Function

When you need to modify your account password, you need to enter a new password to complete the reset operation; if you need to change the bound mobile phone number, you need to provide the new mobile phone number and SMS verification code for verification. You can voluntarily bind an email address in the account settings, and during the binding process, you need to provide the email account and the SMS verification code we sent to complete the verification. If you need to set a trusted device, you need to provide us with information such as the name, type, and last used time of the device you are currently using to enhance account security.

2.4.1.9 Third-Party Application Access Function

When you use the third-party applications accessed on the VSK platform, for the purposes of providing docking technical support and ensuring smooth services, we may obtain your necessary personal information (such as device information, operation behavior log information) from the developers of such third-party applications and their technical service providers. If the collection involves sensitive personal information, we will separately obtain your explicit authorization. If you refuse to allow us to collect the relevant personal information, it may cause some or all functions of the third-party application to fail to work normally, but it will not affect your use of other core services of VSK.
